Trucker be aware, they are maybe fair to RV folks but to us no good. Port-to-port road service. I had a problem with my starter and called them early morning, they said 1 hour and showed up after 2. Service was done quickly, and that part was good. But when they gave me the invoice, it was around 1850$ for a starter replacement. The starter itself was around 600$. I looked better and I saw they charged me 5 hours for labor, even though he spent from the moment he came to the moment he finished repair only 3 hours. Road call fee is not included in those 5 hours. The explanation was that they are port-to-port road service and that, basically they started charging me since I made a call. In the meantime, I had a callback from a couple of roadside repairs because I told these guys I'd wait on them. I talked to their dispatcher about the price but their answer was "port to port". They even sent me a recording where they said it's port to port and I said ok, but honestly, I didn't hear it and even if I did, I wouldn't know what that means. I asked so what if the mechanic finished some work in Iowa and then started rolling to fix my truck, would I be charged for that time, and he said yes
